These terms are the rules for using Clipora. They're short, so please read them.
Clipora turns your gaming videos into short vertical clips with captions. By creating an account or using Clipora, you accept these terms. You need to be at least 16.
Keep your sign-in details safe. You're responsible for what happens in your account. One person per account.
Your videos and clips stay yours. You only give us the rights we need to run the service: processing the small frames, audio snippets and clip details described in our Privacy Policy.
Only use footage you have the right to use, and follow the rules of the games and of the platforms where you post. Don't use Clipora for anything illegal, or to publish other people's voices or private information without the right to do so.
Every new account gets 3 free uses of Smart Highlight Detection. A use counts when a session gives you AI-picked clips. If our AI is busy and you only get clips from your loudest moments, it doesn't count.
Plans, prices and quotas are shown in the app before you pay. Plans renew automatically every month or year until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars, and tax is added where it applies.
Payments are processed by Whop through Kwop. Sessions are counted per billing period and unused ones don't carry over.
You can cancel at any time in Account, and your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. When you upgrade, your old plan stops at the end of its period, so you're never billed for two plans.
This doesn't affect any withdrawal or refund rights that consumer law in your country gives you.
Don't abuse the service, try to get around its limits, or attack or copy it. We may suspend or close accounts that do. You can stop using Clipora and delete your account at any time.
Clipora is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits liability or rights that the law doesn't allow us to limit, including your mandatory rights as a consumer.
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app and update the date above.
